  • 2.50 Pieces Slice bread
  • 50 g Boil potatoes
  • 1/4 tbsp Garam masala
  • 1/4 Stems spn coriander powder
  • 0.13 tbsp Chaat masala
  • To Taste salt as per taste
  • 2.50 gram Green coriander
  • 0.13 tbsp Green chili
  • 0.13 tbsp Red chilli powder
  • As Required oil for friying as per required

  • STEP 1.Bread slice k sides k been parts ko nikalkar alag kr lenge. Potatoes ko boil karke peel kr lenge . Fir masg karke Sare masale, namak, achhe se mix krenge ab iske chhote chhote ball bna lenge aloo k size k. Bread ko halka sa pani se bhiga kar nichod lenge aloo ka masala iske bich.me rakh k achhe se bread se cover karke ball ya egg ki shape ka bna le taki aloo ka masala oil me na nikale . Ek kadhai me oil garam krenge.
  • STEP 2.Oil garam hone k baad Ek ek bread rolls ko achhe se oil me daalte jayenge aur isko deep fry karenge.
  • STEP 3.Fry krke tissue paper per nikal le taki extra oil nikal jaye. Ab isko garam garam hari chatni ya sauce k sath serve krenge.
