Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, soak bread slices in water for a few seconds and squeeze out the excess water.
  • STEP 2.In a mixing bowl, combine the soaked bread, nutri granules, mashed potatoes, finely chopped onions, green chilies, ginger-garlic paste, coriander leaves, red chili powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, and salt.
  • STEP 3.Mix everything well to form a dough-like mixture. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into cutlets.
  • STEP 4.Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the cutlets until golden brown on both sides.
