  • 1 Medium Sized Potatoes, Boiled And Mashed
  • 1 Green Chilies, Finely Chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ginger, Grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic, Minced
  • 1 tablespoon Coriander Leaves, Finely Chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • As required Salt To Taste

  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1/2 Large Onion, Finely Chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 Tomatoes, Finely Chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garam Masala

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.To make the bread koftas, combine bread crumbs, mashed potatoes, green chilies, ginger, garlic, coriander leaves, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt in a bowl.
  • STEP 2.Mix well and shape the mixture into small balls.
  • STEP 3.Deep fry the bread balls until golden and crispy. Drain on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
  • STEP 4.To make the gravy, heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
  • STEP 5.Once the cumin seeds splutter, add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  • STEP 6.Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute.
  • STEP 7.Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn soft and mushy.
  • STEP 8.Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.
  • STEP 9.Cook the gravy for a few minutes until the spices are well combined.
  • STEP 10.Add water and simmer the gravy for 10-15 minutes.
  • STEP 11.Add cream and mix well. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  • STEP 12.Add the fried bread koftas to the gravy and simmer for a few minutes.
  • STEP 13.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.
