Halibut is one of my favorite fish and my light and flavorful bread crumb topping is a delicious and easy way to prepare it. Add in lemon beurre blanc and you've got a delicious restaurant style dinner.

6 ounce Halibut fillets 4 fillets
0.38 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
0.13 cup Grated romano cheese
1/2 tablespoon Chopped fresh parsley
1/4 tablespoon Finely grated lemon zest
As required Freshly ground black pepper to taste
1 tablespoon Melted butter
0.08 cup White wine
As required Sea salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
1/4 Lemon juice and zest
0.06 cup 1/2 and 1/2 or heavy cream
0.13 teaspoon Brown sugar optional
1/2 tablespoon Butter
1/4 tablespoon Flour
