Ingredients for Bread chole Recipe

  • 1 nos Bread bowl
  • 1/2 inch Butter
  • 1/2 cup boiled chickpeas
  • 1/2 nos chopped onion
  • 1/2 nos chopped tomato
  • 1 nos tbs ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 nos tbs dry spices
  • 1/2 nos tbs Garam masala
  • As required Whole spices
  • As required fresh coriander leaves
  • 2 nos tbs oil
  • As required salt to taste

Directions: Bread Chole Recipe

  • STEP 1.Preheat the pan with oil. When its hot add cumin seeds ,whole spices, ginger garlic paste, green chilies and saute well.
  • STEP 2.Next add chopped onion , salt and saute until rawness goes out.
  • STEP 3.Now add chopped tomatoes and dry spices , garam masala and saute unyil oil separates.
  • STEP 4.When its done add boiled chick peas and 1 cup water. Cover the lid and cook for 15 minutes in low flame.
  • STEP 5.When its cooked sprinkle fresh coriander and keep aside.
  • STEP 6.Now take the bread bowl and scrape thw middle part of bread and try to make a cavity. Remove all extra pieces.
  • STEP 7.Now preheat a pan with butter let it melt then place the bread bowl and toast it from all corners.
  • STEP 8.Now its time to assemble by placing the bread bowl and pour the chole masala in it.
  • STEP 9.Serve hot and enjoy with your family.
