STEP 2.Add 1 green chili chopped, ½ tsp of ginger paste, 2 tbsp of coriander, ¼ tsp pepper, 1 tsp mixed herbs, ¼ cumin powder and ½ tsp salt.
STEP 3.Cut the bread slices and add in the bowl to make a soft non-sticky dough. Keep aside.
STEP 4.Now take a ball sized dough and flatten slightly.
STEP 5.Place a cheese cube in the center.
STEP 6.Get the edges together and seal the cheese. Form a smooth ball.
STEP 7.Dip in the cornflour batter.
STEP 8.Cover in crushed cornflakes or breadcrumbs uniformly.
STEP 9.Fry in hot oil or bake in a preheated oven at 180 degree celsius for 15-18 minutes.
STEP 10.Fry until bread cheese balls turn golden brown in appearance
STEP 11.Remove the balls from oil and drain the excess oil.
STEP 12.Serve on a plate and enjoy cheese balls with tomato ketchup.
