  • 2.50 Pieces Slice bread
  • 25 gm Sugar
  • 25 gm dryfruits assorted
  • 12.50 gm Decicated coconut
  • 1/2 g piece green cardamon
  • 75 Litre Ml milk
  • 50 gm Cream
  • 1/2 g Ghee

Directions: Bread Barfi Recipe

  • STEP 1. POUR GHEE IN KHADHAI PUT THE SIDES OF BREAD ROAST IT FOR 5 MINUTES IN LOW FLAME 🔥ADD COCONUT POWDER ADD CHOPPED DRYFRUITS AND SAUTE IT FOR 5 MINS ADD MILK CREAM AND SUGER MIX IT AND THE TEXTURE SHOULD BE LIKE HALWA
  • STEP 2.Grease a plate with one spoon ghee pour the mixture in plate decorate with some dryfruits and let it coll down in room temperature
  • STEP 3.. After that cut it into barfi shape
