  • 2 tablespoons •vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon •whole cumin seeds (jeera)
  • 1 nos • small onion (diced)
  • 0-1 nos • green chilies (finely chopped

  • 0-1 nos • garlic cloves (sliced)
  • 1 nos • medium tomato (diced)
  • 1/2 cup •sprouted moong
  • 1/2 cup •boiled corn kernels
  • As required •Salt to taste
  • 1 nos • medium-sized boiled potato (cut into small pieces)
  • 1 cup •boiled chow mein noodles
  • 1/2 cup •roasted makhana (fox nuts)
  • 1 teaspoon •chat masala
  • As required •Chopped cucumber
  • As required Onions
  • As required coriander and tomato ketchup to garnish

Directions: Bread And Noodle Bhel Recipe

  • STEP 1.To make Bread Chow Makhana Bhel, start by trimming the crusts off the bread slices. Heat a pan with vegetable oil and add whole cumin seeds (jeera). Next, toss in diced onions, chopped green chili , and garlic slices. Add diced tomato and sauté them. Then, include sprouted moong, boiled corn and season with salt according to taste. Add boiled potato pieces and continue frying. Once everything is well-cooked, mix in boiled chow mein noodles. In another pan with white oil, fry the bread pieces until crispy, then combine them with the mixture. Finally, top the dish with roasted makhana , chaat masala and garnish it with chopped cucumbers, onions, Tomato ketchup and coriander.
