Whole wheat banana pie topped with sugar and cinnamon. Cream pie with whipped cream swirles on top and banana slices set against a creamy base. The whole milk used in the recipe gives the custard texture demanding its richness. To use egg, only the yolks can be used and the white egg can be used to make whipped cream. Also the eggs can be avoided in the recipe.

  • 1/4 tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 1/25 cup water 10 bananas
  • 0.17 cup whole wheat flour
  • 0.17 cup toasted wheat germ
  • 1/4 cup Rolled Oats
  • 0.08 cup Brown Sugar
  • 0.08 tablespoon Cinnamon

step 1

  • STEP 1.1 - sprinkle 3 tbsp brown sugar onto a pan and cook it over medium heat.

  • STEP 2.2 - let it melt and stir in water until the sugar melts completely.

step 3

  • STEP 3.3 - pour the serum in a brown into a round baking dish and spread it to the bottom.

step 4

  • STEP 4.4 - make a later banana on top of the melted sugar.

step 5

  • STEP 5.5 - take whole wheat flour, wheat germ, brown sugar and combine it with margarine with your hands.

  • STEP 6.6 - make a crumbly dough out of it.

  • STEP 7.7 - sprinkle half of the dough on top of the bananas and sprinkle some cinnamon on it.

  • STEP 8.8 - make another layer with the remaining banana slices and top it with the dough.
