STEP 1.Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Place ham in a roasting pan lined with foil. Set aside.
STEP 2.In a small saucepan, combine honey, brown sugar, butter, brown mustard, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and paprika.
STEP 3.Heat at medium-low flame until sugar is dissolved. baste ham with ⅓ of the honey mixture. Spread between all the slices.
STEP 4.Cover and bake at 200 degrees for 5 hours, basting a second time. Remove ham from the oven and set the oven to broil. Place ham back in over without cover. Let it glaze the caramel and bubble up.
STEP 5.Allow ham to rest for 5 minutes and serve.
