Bourbon chicken is my favorite easy dinnertime meal. Served with rice, green onions, and lots of sauce, this meal is delicious and ready in just 30 minutes.
1/2 pound Boneless chicken breasts cut into bite size pieces
1/2 tablespoon Olive oil
1/2 Garlic cloves crushed and chopped
0.06 teaspoon Ginger
0.19 teaspoon Crushed red pepper flakes
0.06 cup Apple juice
0.08 cup Light brown sugar
1/2 tablespoon Ketchup
1/4 tablespoon Cider vinegar
0.13 cup Water
0.08 cup Soy sauce
1/4 tablespoon Cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon Sriracha sauce optional to kick up the heat
