Ingredients for Bourbon Biscuit Recipe

  • 0.15 Cup Flour
  • 0.09 Cup powder suger
  • 0.06 Cup Butter softened
  • 0.03 Cup Cocoa Powder
  • 0.13 Tsp Baking powder
  • 0.13 Tsp vanilla essence
  • 1/4 Tbsp Milk
  • As Required suger
  • 0.03 Cup Butter softened
  • 0.13 Cup castor suger
  • 0.03 Cup Cocoa Powder
  • 0.13 Tsp Milk

Directions: Bourbon Biscuit Recipe

  • STEP 1.First, in a bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar and softened butter until the butter turns a little white.

  • STEP 2.Then mixed the vanilla essence with butter and suger mixture.
  • STEP 3.Then mix the flour, baking powder and cocoa powder together and sift through a strainer.
  • STEP 4.Then mix the flour with the beaten butter and mix it with milk and make a dough.

  • STEP 5.Then take half of the dough on a butter paper and put another butter paper on top and roll the dough with rolling pin carefully.

  • STEP 6.Then cut into the shape of bourbon biscuits and spread sugar on top.

  • STEP 7.Then place the biscuits on a baking tray with butter paper.
  • STEP 8.Then preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for 12 minutes.
  • STEP 9.when it is baked cool it completely.

  • STEP 10.In a bowl, beat the butter a little and mix it with the custard sugar little by little.
  • STEP 11.After mixing all the castor sugar ,made the chocolate cream by mixing cocoa powder and milk.

  • STEP 12.Then when the biscuits have cooled, apply a little bit of chocolate cream evenly over one biscuit and press another biscuit to make bourbon biscuits.
