STEP 1.Heat oil in a pressure cooker and saute the onions and fry till light brown.
STEP 2.2. Add the ginger-garlic paste and all the dry spices mixed with 2 tbsp water. Saute till oil separates.
STEP 3.3. Add the bottle gourd , pressure cook with 2 1/2 cups water for 3-4 whistles.
STEP 4.4. Let it cool. Puree the same . Take this mixture in a sauce pan. Simmer it for 2-3 minutes.
STEP 5.5. Turn off the flame add lemon juice. Serve hot.
