Lots of dishes can be prepared using bottle gourd. Bottle gourd plays important role in weight loss as it contains lots of water and minerals. Apart from this, it is also beneficial in urinary tract infections, insomnia etc. In this recipe, i have prepared fries using bottle gourd, gram flour and few spices. It tastes awesome with any dip or sauce.
