Ingredients for Boondi & onion Raita Recipe

  • 1/2 cup Curd
  • 1 tbsp Boondi
  • to taste Salt
  • 0.13 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 0.13 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 0.13 tsp Cumin seeds powder
  • 1/4 pieces Chopped onions
  • 1/2 tsp Chopped coriander leaves

Directions: Boondi & Onion Raita Recipe

  • STEP 1.Beat curd with whisker.
  • STEP 2.Soak boondi ib water for 10 minutes
  • STEP 3.Mix boobdi with curd.
  • STEP 4.Add salt, red chilli powder, black pepper, cumin seeds powder and mix.
  • STEP 5.Serve chilled garnished with chopped coriander leaves, red chilli powder and cumin seeds powder with pulav or any meal.
