STEP 1.1- Boil suger in 1 1/2 cup of water. Make 1 thread of consistency of suger syrup. Off the flame and keep it aside.
STEP 2.2- in a bowl take besan, food color, baking soda and make a thick batter adding with sufficient water.
STEP 3.3- now heat oil /ghee in a kadhai . Pour the batter through a strainer. Drain boondi in hot ghee by hitting the strainer. Fry till they turn golden brown in color. Remove from ghee and add in prepared suger syrup.
STEP 4.4- add dry fruits and crushed cardamom and mix everything we'll. After 5 minutes when boondi cool down make laddoo with moist hands. Garnish with silver berq and chopped nuts.
