  • STEP 1.In a mixing bowl, combine rice flour, chopped bok choy, finely chopped onions, grated ginger, chopped green chilies, chopped coriander leaves, salt, and water. Mix well to form a soft dough.
  • STEP 2.Divide the dough into small portions and shape them into balls. Take a ball of dough and flatten it on a greased tawa or griddle.
  • STEP 3.Cook the roti on medium heat until it turns golden brown on both sides. Drizzle some oil or ghee on top while cooking.
