Ingredients for Boiled Peanut Salad Recipe

  • 1/2 cup raw peanut
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 Pieces Cucumber
  • 1/2 Cup Tomato
  • 1/2 Cup Onion
  • 1/2 tsp Chilli powder
  • 1/2 g Green chilli
  • 1/4 tsp Chat masala
  • 1/4 Pieces Lemon
  • 1/4 cup Finely chopped coriander

Directions: Boiled Peanut Salad Recipe

  • STEP 1.Boil peanut in pressure cooker(add tumeric and sal,water)
  • STEP 2.After boiling drain out water and transfer into mixing bowl
  • STEP 3.Add boiled peanut,cucumber,tomato,green chilli,onion,corainder,lemon juice,salt,chaat masala,red chilli powder,salt and sev.Mix Everthing well
  • STEP 4.Serve quickly
