Ingredients for Blueberry cake Recipe

  • 1/5 cup All-purpose flour/Maida
  • 0.60 nos Egg
  • 1/5 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1/10 cup Oil/melted butter
  • 1/5 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/5 tsp Blueberry Essence
  • 1/10 cup Blueberry crush
  • 40.40 grams whipped cream (mixed withblueberry crush)

Directions: Blueberry Cake Recipe

  • STEP 1.Mix all the dry ingredients except sugar, sieve it twice,keep aside, whisk all the wet ingredients with powdered sugar...
  • STEP 2.Gradually add wet ingredients with dry ingredients in the cut and fold method,transfer the batter in to a greased tin, bake at 180degree celsius in a preheated oven for 45 minutes or until done..
  • STEP 3.Take out and let it cool down completely...now cut the cake in to two equal layers..sprinkle some sugar syrup on the bottom layer, spread thick layer of blueberry whipped cream, &on top of it spread some blueberry crush...,
  • STEP 4.Now place one more layer of the cake on top of it, sprinkle some sugar syrup again,now spread blueberry whipped cream evenly on the entire cake,decorate with blueberry crush and whipped cream according to your taste, refrigerate for 30 minutes... Enjoy your super delicious blueberry cake...
