  • 1/2 tablespoon Cajun magic seafood seasoning or your favorite blackening seasoning

  • As required Olive oil to saute

  • 1 Small sweet peppers medium dice
  • 1/2 cup Pineapple cut into small cubes
  • 1/2 bunch Scallions chopped

  • 1 tablespoon Orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon Chicken or vegetable stock
  • 1/2 teaspoon Chopped parsley for garnish for garnish
