Ingredients for Black pepper noodles Recipe

  • 1/2 Packet instant noodles
  • 1/2 Tsp oil
  • To Taste Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp black pepper powder
  • 1/2 Pieces onion chopped
  • 1/2 Tbsp Schezwan sauce
  • 1/4 Tsp chilli flakes

Directions: Black Pepper Noodles Recipe

  • STEP 1.Boil noodles as per the instructions given on the packet. Drain the water then wash noodles with cold water.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a kadai. Add boiled noodles and saute a little.
  • STEP 3.Mix salt and black pepper powder.
  • STEP 4.Mix onion and mix. Switch off the flame.
  • STEP 5.Black pepper noodles are ready.
  • STEP 6.Remove it on serving plate. Sprinkle chilli flakes on it.
  • STEP 7.Add a tbsp of Schezwan sauce on top. Garnish with mint leaves.
