  • 1/4 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste

  • STEP 1.Soak black gram lentils overnight and drain the water.
  • STEP 2.Grind the lentils to a coarse paste in a food processor.

  • STEP 4.Mix well and shape the mixture into small patties.
  • STEP 5.Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the kebabs until golden and crispy on both sides.
