1 ounce Small shell pasta, cooked and drained
0.17 can Black eyed peas, rinsed and drained
0.17 cup Sliced Green Onions
0.13 cup Diced seeded peeled cucumber
0.13 cup Diced Green Pepper
0.13 cup Diced seeded tomato
0.17 Small jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped
As required Dressing
1/2 tablespoon Canola oil
1/25 cup Red wine vinegar
0.17 teaspoon Sugar
0.17 teaspoon Dried Basil
0.17 teaspoon Chili powder
0.17 teaspoon Hot pepper sauce
0.08 teaspoon Seasoned Salt
