0.13 cup washed and finely chopped amaranth leaves
0.13 cup mix veg grated carrot
As required Cabbage
1/4 nos Boiled Mashed Potato
1/4 tsp Ginger green chillies paste
1/2 tbsp dry roasted besan
As required salt to taste
1/4 tsp red chilli powder
0.13 tsp Garam masala powder
0.13 tsp amchur powder
1/4 nos sachet Maggi masala ae magic
As required Oil to deep fry

STEP 1.Grind boiled chickpeas coarsely
STEP 2.Take in a bowl
STEP 3.Add mashed potatoes
STEP 4.Add grated vegetables and finely chopped amaranth leaves
STEP 5.Add ginger green chillies paste
STEP 6.Add bhuna besan
STEP 7.Add salt , chilli powder,amchur powder and Maggie masala ae magic masala
STEP 8.Mix well
STEP 9.Give desired shape to kababs
STEP 10.Deep fry or shallow fry till golden crispy
STEP 11.Garnish with carrot,radish and beetroot lacche
STEP 12.Serve hot with roasted pumpkin sauce
