  • 1/4 cup boiled black chickpeas
  • 0.13 cup washed and finely chopped amaranth leaves
  • 0.13 cup mix veg grated carrot
  • As required Cabbage
  • 1/4 nos Boiled Mashed Potato
  • 1/4 tsp Ginger green chillies paste
  • 1/2 tbsp dry roasted besan
  • As required salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  • 0.13 tsp Garam masala powder
  • 0.13 tsp amchur powder
  • 1/4 nos sachet Maggi masala ae magic
  • As required Oil to deep fry

  • STEP 1.Grind boiled chickpeas coarsely
  • STEP 2.Take in a bowl
  • STEP 3.Add mashed potatoes
  • STEP 4.Add grated vegetables and finely chopped amaranth leaves
  • STEP 5.Add ginger green chillies paste
  • STEP 6.Add bhuna besan
  • STEP 7.Add salt , chilli powder,amchur powder and Maggie masala ae magic masala
  • STEP 8.Mix well
  • STEP 9.Give desired shape to kababs
  • STEP 10.Deep fry or shallow fry till golden crispy
  • STEP 11.Garnish with carrot,radish and beetroot lacche
  • STEP 12.Serve hot with roasted pumpkin sauce
