These black bean torrejas with yoplait yogurt salsa are very easy to prepare. Theyre also probably one of the best ways to get your kids to eat protein if they dont like to eat meat. I put the black bean torrejas inside the bread and serve them as hamburgers for my young son. The yogurt sauce doesnt require many ingredients and you can also serve it with other dishes. Its perfect to serve as a dip with vegetables.
