  • 1/10 pound Dried black beans or 3 5 oz cans of black beans
  • 1/10 pound Lean Ground Beef
  • 1/10 pound Ground Pork
  • 1/10 Large Onion Diced
  • 0.30 Cloves garlic minced
  • 0.03 cup 2 large jalapeos finely diced-about
  • 2.80 ounce 1 plus 1 15 can fire roasted diced tomatoes -i like muir glen
  • 1/10-1/5 tablespoon Chipotle puree or minced chipotle in adobo
  • 1/5 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • As required Salt
  • As required Chicken stock as needed to keep the chili from drying out
  • 0.40 tablespoon Mild new mexican red or other mild good quality chili powder
  • 1/10 tablespoon Ancho chili powder
  • 1/5 teaspoon Cumin
