Ingredients for Black Bean Chicken And Snow Peas Recipe

  • 200 gram Chicken Breasts
  • 100 gram Snow peas
  • 1 No.s Spring onion
  • 3 No.s Garlic Cloves
  • 1 tablespoon Cooking wine
  • 5 gram Ginger
  • 1 tablespoon Light soy sauce
  • 150 gram Black bean sauce

Directions: Black Bean Chicken And Snow Peas Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.1 in a mixing bowl place 200 gm thinly sliced chicken breasts, add 1 tbsp cooking wine, 1 tbsp light soy sauce and mix together well. Leave to marinate for 30 minutes.

step 2

  • STEP 2.2 in a wok heat 1 tbsp oil on high heat, add marinated chicken and stir fry for 2 minutes or until it turns light brown. Remove and keep aside.

step 3

  • STEP 3.3 heat another 1 tbsp oil in the wok on high heat, add 5 gm finely chopped ginger, 3 finely chopped cloves of garlic and stir fry for 10 seconds.

step 4

  • STEP 4.4 add 100 gm snow peas and stir fry for 1 minute.

step 5

  • STEP 5.5 next add 150 gm black bean sauce and stir fry for 2 minutes.

step 6

  • STEP 6.6 add the chicken back to the wok and stir fry for 1 minute.

step 7

  • STEP 7.7 lastly add 1 roughly chopped spring onion and stir together. Transfer to a serving dish.
