Directions: Bit Root Paratha Recipe
STEP 1.First take a Pan. Add 2 Soon oil, Add 1/2 spoon Ginger Paste, 2 Green chillis slit and saute well. Then add 1.5 Measuring Cup Grated Beet root, 1/2 Tea Spoon Salt, and Saute for 2 minutes half cook. Add 2 Table Spoon water and cook for 10 minutes. After 10 Minutes Beet Root cooked well. Then cool Completely. And put it in Mixer Grinder and blend smooth. Then take 2 measuring cup Wheat Flour,Add 1/2 tea spoon Cumin powder,1/2 Tea spoon Garam Masala, 1/2 tea spoon Aamchur Powder, 1/2 Tea spoon Ajwain and 1/2 Tea spoon salt. Mix well all Dry Ingredients, then add 1 Beet Root paste, 2 table Spoon finally chopped Coriander. And knead dough in 5 minutes. Add water if required. It's soft and smooth dough is ready. Grease well, 1 Tea spoon Oil. And rest for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes knead slightly. Then make small balls, dust wheat flour, and roll slightly thick. Dust off excess atta. Put Fry Pan in Gas, make it Hot. And put rolled Beet Root Paratha. Flip over add 1/2 spoon Oil. Flip over and press gently both the sides, and fold.
