  • 0.33 packet Monaco biscuits
  • 0.67 As Required Medium sized boiled potatoes
  • 0.33 As Required Onion
  • 0.33 As Required Tomato
  • 0.17 teaspoon Garlic paste
  • 0.17 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 0.17 teaspoon Cumin
  • 0.67 tablespoons Oil
  • 0.33 g Pinch hing
  • 0.17 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 0.17 tablespoons Chaat masala
  • to taste Salt
  • 0.33 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 0.33 g garnish: green coriander
  • 0.33 g sarv For the : sauce / green chutney
  • as required Mayonnaise

Directions: Biscuit Sandwich Recipe

  • STEP 1.First boil and mash the potatoes.
  • STEP 2.Now when the oil is hot in the pan, add cumin and asafoetida and saute the garlic and onion.
  • STEP 3.Now take the spices in a dish. Add onion, green coriander and tomato inside the potato mash. When it gets a little cold, make a tikki of it.

  • STEP 4. To make a sandwich: Take a biscuit and put a tiki made with sauce on it. Now save in its side and serve with sauce or green sauce.
