STEP 1.firstly, in a blender take 300 grams parle-g biscuit and blend to a fine powder. you can alternatively use marie biscuit, oreo biscuit or any other digestive biscuits.
STEP 2.now sieve the powdered biscuit to avoid any biscuit pieces.
STEP 3.add 2 tbsp cocoa powder, ¼ cup powdered sugar and 3 tbsp chocolate sauce.
STEP 4.mix well making sure everything is well combined.
STEP 5.further, add ¼ cup milk and knead well.
STEP 6.knead to a smooth and soft dough adding more milk if required.
STEP 7.now place the biscuit dough over butter paper.
STEP 8.flatten slightly, and place a butter paper over it.
STEP 9.roll slightly thick making sure it is of uniform thickness.
STEP 10.peel off the butter paper and keep aside.
STEP 11.to prepare instant mawa, in a large kadai heat 1 tsp ghee.
STEP 12.add 1 cup milk, 1½ cup milk powder and 2 tbsp sugar.
STEP 13.stir continuously, until milk powder is well combined.
STEP 14.continue to cook until the mixture thickens.
STEP 15.now transfer the mawa over the rolled biscuit dough.
STEP 16.spread uniformly making sure its evenly distributed.
STEP 17.place a butter paper over it and roll slightly thick making sure it is of uniform thickness.
STEP 18.peel off the butter paper.
STEP 19.now roll tight making sure there is no gap in between.
STEP 20.wrap in an aluminium foil and seal the sides.
STEP 21.refrigerate for 30 minutes or until it is set completely.
STEP 22.slice to a thick pieces and is ready to serve.
STEP 23.finally, enjoy parle-g biscuit swiss roll for a week when refrigerated
