  • 1 teaspoon Biryani Masala
  • 2.25 tablespoon Ghee Or Oil
  • 2.25 Le Spices
  • As required Salt To Taste

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Wash and soak basmati rice for 30 minutes.
  • STEP 2.In a large pot, heat ghee or oil and add whole spices like cinnamon, cardamom, and cloves.
  • STEP 3.Add sliced onions and cook until golden brown. Then, add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
  • STEP 4.Add meat or vegetables of your choice and cook until they are partially cooked.
  • STEP 5.Add spices like turmeric, red chili powder, and biryani masala. Mix well.
  • STEP 6.Add soaked rice and water. Bring it to a boil, then cover and cook on low heat until the rice is fully cooked and fluffy.
