It's a simple & easy dish which can be cooked within 10 mins with less ingredients which are healthy & contain low calories also.Can cook after returning from office also as it takes less time too.
STEP 1.Take a medium size cooker & put oil in it.After the oil gets little hot add cumin seeds,bay leaf & curry leaves in it to make a tadka.Now add turmeric & salt.Then add all veggies to saute them nicely by adding all spices & cloves along with green chilly too.Now add Rice & water & close the lid of cooker.Cook on medium flame for 2 - 3 mins.Remove from flame & garnish with Coriander leaves.Serve hot.
