  • 1/5 Tsp Carom seeds
  • 1/5 Tsp Haldi
  • 0.40 Tsp Red chilli powder
  • A Pinch Hing
  • 1/5 As Required kasuri methi
  • 1/5 Tsp Garam masala powder
  • 1/5 Cups Oil

Directions: Bihari Style Besan Pithod Ki Gravy Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take 1 Cup of Besan,Add Salt,Ajwain,Haldi,Red Chilli Powder,Coriander Powder,Hing,2 tbsp of Curd,Kasuri Methi,Garam Masala and 1 tsp of Oil,Mix Well..

  • STEP 2.Add Water little a time and make a thin Batter (For 1 Cup Besan,You Will Need 3 Cups of Water)

  • STEP 3.Transfer the Batter into Pan and Cook Stirring Continuously for 4-5 mins ..Cook Until the Batter thickens ..

  • STEP 4.Grease a plate and Spread the batter on it ..Let it set..Use a Cookie Cutter and Cut them ..I Used Flower Shape Cookie Cutter

  • STEP 7.Take 1 tsp of Zeera,6 -7 peppercorns,1 tsp of Ajwain,1 tsp of Coriander seeds into a mortal pestle and Crush them in Coarse Powder..
  • STEP 8.Heat mustard Oil in a Pan,Add the Grinded Mixture and cook for a minute. And Add Minced Garlic and Fry them
  • STEP 9.Add Haldi Powder, Kashmiri Chilli powder,Coriander Powder and Stir Well..
  • STEP 10.Add Onion Tomato Paste and Cook well..
  • STEP 11.Add Curd..Cook nicely till Masala is cooked..Add water and bring it to boil..
  • STEP 12.Add Besan Pithod,Garam masala,Kasuri Methi for 5 minutes
