Ingredients for Bhutte Ka Kees Recipe

  • 2 No.s Medium fresh corn cobs
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • As required Some mustard seeds
  • 2 Green chillies
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon Coriander
  • pinch Cumin powder A
  • pinch Turmeric A
  • As required Some amount of grated coconut
  • As required Few coriander leaves

Directions: Bhutte Ka Kees Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Grate the corn with a grater to make a paste.

step 2

  • STEP 1.heat the oil in a pan and then add some mustard seeds. Now add 2 green chilies.

step 3

  • STEP 1.then add the spices-salt, coriander powder ,a pinch of cumin powder and turmeric powder.

step 4

  • STEP 1.after adding, saute it for 30 secs. now add the prepared corn paste and mix it well.

step 5

  • STEP 1.then add half a cup of milk and saute it. now cover it and cook it on low flame for 5 mins.

step 6

  • STEP 1.add 1 tsp ghee for taste, and sugar. lastly garnish it with coconut and coriander leaves.
