I used to see this recipe from my childhood or should I say that when there used to be a stove, I saw my grandmother and my mother making such tomato chutney, tomatoes, garlic, ginger, chillies were roasted and ground coarsely in cob and then mustard seeds in ghee, Asafoetida tadka was heated and applied in chutney.... I have tried to make chutney in the same way but now in today's style means with the help of gas and mixer 😋😀
