Ingredients for Bhindi masala Recipe

  • 0.08 kg Bhindi
  • 0.67 tsp Oil
  • 0.33 tsp Mustard
  • 0.33 tsp Udad dal
  • 0.67 g reen chillies
  • 0.17 tsp Dhaniya powder
  • 0.17 tsp Red chilli powder
  • As Required As per taste Salt
  • 0.33 g pinch Hin
  • As Required leaves Coriander

Directions: Bhindi Masala Recipe

  • STEP 1.Wash and wipe dry bhindi.
  • STEP 2.Cut them into thin slices.
  • STEP 3.In a thick bottomed pan heat oil and add mustard seeds, urad dal, jeera and hing.
  • STEP 4.Once the mustard starts splutter, add chopped green chilies and onions.
  • STEP 5.Saute for a few minutes.
  • STEP 6.Mix in bhindi, saute till bhindi is cooked.
  • STEP 7.Add dhaniya powder, chili powder, and salt.
  • STEP 8.Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
