Ingredients for Bhindi fry Recipe

  • 83.33 gm bhindi
  • 1.33 nos green chillies
  • 2.33 nos Garlic Cloves
  • 0.33 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 0.33 tsp mustard seeds
  • 0.17 tsp turmeric powder
  • 0.33 tsp coriander powder
  • As required half lemon juice
  • As required salt to taste
  • 0.33 spoon servingoil

Directions: Bhindi Fry Recipe

  • STEP 1.First rinse bhindi two,three time.Then keep it aside for fifteen minutes.
  • STEP 2.Then chopped it in round shape.
  • STEP 3.Then heat the fryingpan, pour oil,add mustard and cumin seeds, stir once then add chopped garlic and chilli.stir again.
  • STEP 4.After half a minute,add turmeric and coriander powder.
  • STEP 5.Then add chopped bhindi and mix well.
  • STEP 6.After one minute add salt,mix again and cover the lid of frying pan for four,five minutes in sim flame.
  • STEP 7.After five minutes, open the lid and sprinkle lemon juice and cook without closing the lid.
  • STEP 8.Mix it in between two,two minutes.
  • STEP 9.When it started leaving the oil, turn off the gas. crispy bhindi is ready for serve.
