  • As required salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Of red chilly powder
  • 1/2 tsp Of dry corriander powder
  • 0.13 tsp Of turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp Of oil
  • 1/4 tsp of cummin seeds
  • As required I tomatochopped
  • 1/4 nos capsicum finely chopped
  • 0.13 tsp garam masala

  • STEP 1.CUT BOTH THE ENDS OF BHINDI AND GIVE A SLIT IN MIDDLE
  • STEP 2.IN A SEPARATE BOWL ADD 1TSP EACHOF RED CHILLY POWDER AND CORRIANDER POWDER AND 1/2TSP OF TURMERIC POWDER
  • STEP 3.ADD 1/2TSP OF GARAM MASALA AND SALT TO TASTE
  • STEP 4.ADD 1FINELY CHOPPED TOMATO
  • STEP 5.MIX WITH YOUR FINGERS PRESSING TOMATOES
  • STEP 6.ADD 1TSP OF WATER AND MIX AGAIN
  • STEP 7.DO STUFF THIS MASALA IN SLIT OF BHINDI
  • STEP 8.ADD 1TSP OIL AND 1TSP OF CUMMIN SEEDS IN PAN
  • STEP 9.ADD 1/2TSP OF RED CHILLY POWDER AMD 1/4TSP OF TURMERIC POWDER
  • STEP 10.ADD EXTRA TOMATOES AND 1FINELY CHOPPED CAPSICUM
  • STEP 11.SAUTE FOR A WHILE
  • STEP 12.COVER WITH LID AND COOK FOR 8-9MINUTES
  • STEP 13.MASALA BHINDI IS READY TO SERVE
  • STEP 14.REMOVE IN SERVING PLATE
