Ingredients for Bhature Recipe

  • 0.67 cup All-purpose flour
  • 0.17 nos spoon baking soda
  • 0.11 cup Curd
  • 0.33 nos pinch of salt
  • 0.33 nos Spoon sugar
  • 0.67 tsp Oil
  • As required as per requirement Water
  • As required Oil For Frying

Directions: Bhature Recipe

  • STEP 1.Firstly,in a large mixing bowl take all-purpose flour,add sugar,add oil,mix it well. salt, baking soda, curd,add water, and start to knead dough.knead and punch the dough well for at least 5 minutes.
  • STEP 2.Further,grease the dough with oil,cover with moist cloth and rest for at least 2 hours.further,roll and get to a long shape.pinch the dough into medium sized balls.and then make balls between your palms.finally,roll the dough evenly into oval shape using rolling pin..
  • STEP 3.Roll neither too thin nor thick.Firstly,heat oil in a deep frying pan.when the oil is sufficiently hot,add one
  • STEP 4.Bhatura,and press with the spoon to puff up.flip over and fry the Bhatura till golden brown all over.then drain the Bhatura in to tissue paper to remove excess oil.fry all Bhatura same way.Bhatura is ready.
