Although many dishes are made from gram bhaji, especially in winter, I have made vada from this bhaji, which is tasty as well as nutritious, if you want, you can add onions and other vegetables according to taste.

Ingredients for Bhaji vada Recipe

  • 1/4 Cup Besan
  • 1/2 Tbsp Rice Flour
  • 0.13 Tsp turmeric powder
  • 0.06 Tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 Tbsp ginger green chilli paste
  • 1/4 Tsp chaat masala
  • 1/4 Tsp Ajwain
  • 1/2 Tbsp Chopped coriander leaves
  • 1/4 Tbsp oil for adding to the batter
  • 1/4 Tbsp whole coriander roest it lighty and grind it coarsely
  • A Pinch Pinch of asafoctida
  • As Required Oil as a required for frying

Directions: Bhaji Vada Recipe

  • STEP 1.1...Clean the vegetable, cut it finely, wash it and spread it a little.
  • STEP 2.2..Now put the vegetable in a deep vessel, mix all the ingredients well except the frying oil, now add water according to the need and prepare a slightly thick solution, beat this solution with a spoon for 1-2 minutes.
  • STEP 3.3...Now heat oil in a pan, make round balls of the batter and fry them, keep the flame medium, now take out these balls and flatten them with the help of a plate.
  • STEP 4.Prepare all the batter in the same way and flatten it with a plate or spoon, put it again in the oil and deep fry it on low to medium flame until golden brown.
  • STEP 5.Serve ready vada with hot tea and chutney
