  • 1/4 cup Besan
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Coriander Powder

  • STEP 1.Wash and pat dry the okra.
  • STEP 2.Trim the ends and cut the okra into thin slices.
  • STEP 3.In a bowl, mix besan, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt.
  • STEP 4.Add a little water to make a thick batter.
  • STEP 5.Coat the okra slices with the besan batter.
  • STEP 6.Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the coated okra until golden brown and crispy.
