  • 0.13 cup Water
  • 1/2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1/2 Small Onion, Finely Chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, whisk together yogurt, besan, and water until smooth.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a small pan and add cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  • STEP 4.Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute.
  • STEP 5.Add the yogurt mixture to the pan and stir well.
  • STEP 6.Cook on low heat for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • STEP 7.Remove from heat and let it cool.
  • STEP 8.Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve chilled.
