Ingredients for Besan pakoda Recipe

  • 83.67 gm Besan
  • 0.67 nos one big size onion
  • 1 teaspoon OneRed chilli powder
  • 1.33 teaspoon halfturmeric powder
  • 1.67 nos few ginger and garlic paste for taste
  • 2 nos salt for taste
  • 2.33 nos Mustard oil for fry
  • 2.67 nos water for liquid
  • 3 teaspoon Baking powder half
  • 3.33 teaspoon Soda powder half
  • 3.67 nos Coriander leaves

Directions: Besan Pakoda Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a bowl and the besan. Now add the onion small sizes pieces,red chilli powder, turmeric powder, ginger and garlic paste, salt,few baking powder and soda, coriander leaves.All are mix well. Now add the water for liquid. Now take a pan in the Gas stove and add the mustard oil for heating. When the oil is like hot then i fry the besan pakoda. Serve it with tomato sauce. Very very tasty and yummy pakoda.
