Simple yet delicious and nutritious hot savoury snack recipe.. Chilla made from besan oats batter flavoured with fresh fenugreek ( methi) leaves and spices.
Ingredients for Besan Oats Fenugreek Chilla Recipe
1/4 cup Besan
3/4 tbsp Oats flour
1/4 cup fresh fenugreek leaves (methi bhaji)
1/2 tsp spicy green chillies ginger paste
0.06 tsp Tumeric powder
0.06 cup Finely chopped onion
to taste Salt to taste
as required Oil for roasting
as required reen corainder chutney as required
as required Fresh curd to serve
Directions: Besan Oats Fenugreek Chilla Recipe
STEP 1.Chopped washed & dried fenugreek leaves with onion in vegetables chopper
STEP 2..In mixing bowl add besan,oats flour, finely chopped fenugreek- onion, green chillies ginger paste, tumeric powder and salt.
STEP 3.Mix well and add water to make chilla batter.
STEP 4.Heat griddle. Pour a laddle ful of prepared besan,oats, fenugreek batter. Spread in circular motion to make round chilla. Drizzle little oil. Cook for 2 minutes on medium flame.
STEP 5.Flip and cook for 2 minutes to make crispy golden. Similarly prepare all Chillas from remaining batter.
STEP 6.Serve Relish delicious hot savoury snack.. Besan Oats Fenugreek Chilla with corainder chutney and fresh curd.
