Ingredients for Besan Modak Recipe

  • 50 gm Paneer
  • 1 nos Kaju
  • 1 nos Pista
  • 1 nos Badam
  • 20 gm milk powder
  • 1/5 nos Pinch saffron
  • 1/5 nos Pinch yellow food colour
  • 1/5 cup grade sugar

Directions: Besan Modak Recipe

  • STEP 1.To prepare this delicious variant, you will need 250 grams of paneer, one cup of milk powder, half a cup of milkmaid rose petals, sliced pistachios, saffron, one tablespoon of milk, two drops of rasmalai essence and two drops of lemon yellow food colour.
  • STEP 2.The first step is to grind paneer in a blender to make a fine paste. Now, cook the paneer paste with milk powder, milkmaid and saffron milk in a pan for 4-5 minutes. Cook till the mixture starts coming together. Now, add the food color and rasmalai essence. Mix well. Shape in a modak mould and garnish with pistachios and rose petals
