STEP 1.To prepare this delicious variant, you will need 250 grams of paneer, one cup of milk powder, half a cup of milkmaid rose petals, sliced pistachios, saffron, one tablespoon of milk, two drops of rasmalai essence and two drops of lemon yellow food colour.
STEP 2.The first step is to grind paneer in a blender to make a fine paste. Now, cook the paneer paste with milk powder, milkmaid and saffron milk in a pan for 4-5 minutes. Cook till the mixture starts coming together. Now, add the food color and rasmalai essence. Mix well. Shape in a modak mould and garnish with pistachios and rose petals
