Ingredients for Besan laddoo Recipe

  • 125 gm Besan
  • 75 gm Ghee
  • 37.50 gm pc sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Green cardamom powder
  • 1/2 tsp water
  • 25 gm Khoya (optional)
  • 1/4 g Heat ghee in a pan
  • 3/4 gram When the aroma of gram flour comes

  • STEP 1.Besan Ladoo
  • STEP 2.material.....
  • STEP 3.500 gm.....besan
  • STEP 4.300gm......ghee
  • STEP 5.150gm.....pc sugar
  • STEP 6.2 tsp green cardamom powder
  • STEP 7.2 tsp. water
  • STEP 8.100gm Khoya (optional)
  • STEP 9.process....
  • STEP 10.1. Heat ghee in a pan.
  • STEP 11.2. Keep the flame low, and add gram flour and roast it while stirring continuously.
  • STEP 12.3. When the aroma of gram flour comes, turn off the flame and add powdered sugar.
  • STEP 13.4. If you want, add khoya and roast it.
  • STEP 14.When it cools down, make round ladoos and taste the gram flour ladoo
