STEP 1.Firstly in a large khadai add 1/2 cup followed by besan. Roast the besan on a low flame till the besan gets fully combined with ghee and completely roasted and turns golden brown.
STEP 2.Transfer the mixture to the large bowl, allowing to cool slightly. Then add 1 tsp ghee followed by sugar powder and cardamom powder.
STEP 3.Mix well. Make sure everything should be combined properly. Then start preparing the ball sized ladoo. Adjusting sugar as required.
STEP 4.Finally your besan ladoo is ready to enjoy it with your family.
