Ingredients for Besan ke ladoo Recipe

  • 202 g Chickpea flour - ( grams)
  • 226.50 g Tagar - ( grams)
  • 201 g Ghee - ( grams)
  • 65 g Almonds - ( grams)
  • 1/2 tsp Green cardamom -
  • As required Pistachios - for garnish

Directions: Besan Ke Ladoo Recipe

  • STEP 1.Add some ghee in to the wok, when the ghee melts, mix chickpea flour to it and keep stirring constantly.
  • STEP 2.When the flour starts turning little brown in color and turn fragrant.
  • STEP 3.Switch off the flame and rest the mixture to cool down.
  • STEP 4.When the chickpea flour cools down a little, mix chopped almonds to it.
  • STEP 5.Now mix cardamom powder and tagar to the mixture. Stir to mix it well.
  • STEP 6.Take little amount of mixture in your hands and shape it round just like a laddoo.
  • STEP 7.Garnish the ladoos with sliced pistachios and serve.
