  • 1 Big eggplant
  • As required Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sugar
  • 2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 2 tablespoon Besan
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 4 tablespoon Mustard oil

Steps To Prepare

  • STEP 1.Cut the eggplant into round shapes. Marinate the eggplant with salt, sugar, turmeric powder, gram flour, and red chili powder.

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Heat cooking oil in a frying pan and add some oil.
  • STEP 2.Once the oil is hot enough, deep fry the marinated eggplants till they are crispy and cooked thoroughly.
  • STEP 3.Remove them from the oil and drain the oil on a paper towel.
  • STEP 4.Serve the crispy eggplants with a condiment on the side.
