Ingredients for Bengali Masoor Dal Recipe

  • 1/4 teaspoon Nigella seeds
  • 2 piece Green chilies
  • 2 piece Dried red chilies
  • 1 piece Bay leaves
  • 1 gram Turmeric
  • 8 gram Salt
  • 6 gram Coriander
  • 100 gram Masoor dal

step 1

  • STEP 1.Wash the dal and drain the water. Boil the dal in a cooker for 15 minutes.

step 2

  • STEP 1.Heat mustard oil in a pan. Temper with red chillies, bay leaves, green chillies, nigella seeds, dal and turmeric the add salt and chopped coriander. Mix well and serve.
